- 200g: soft butter at room temperature
- 150g: sugar
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 325g: Wheat flour (type 405)
- 1 tbsp: Cocoa powder
- 1/2 level tsp baking powder
- 200ml: Whole milk
- 80g: Dark chocolate (70% cocoa content)

- Weigh all ingredients exactly in small bowls separately and have them ready. Put the butter with the sugar in a large mixing bowl and stir with the whisk of the hand mixer in approx. 5 min.
