Delicious & creative ice cream recipes for every day!

Blueberry sorbet

Right now the blueberries are particularly good and invite you to create simply delicious, light and yet very intense ice cream. For this we need:

  • 125 g of sugar
  • 250ml water
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon egg white

Preparation: First dissolve the sugar in the water and boil for a good 5 minutes, this creates a sugar syrup. The syrup can already be stored in the refrigerator.

Simmer the blueberries with 2 tablespoons of water for 3 minutes. The blueberries only give off their full taste when they are cooked and acquire their typical blue/red color.

Add the cooled blueberry mixture to the syrup and puree with the hand blender to a fine puree. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the mixture. The blueberry sorbet mass can now be put in the ice cream machine.

Strawberry-lime ice cream

Another fruity and refreshing recipe for hot summer days also goes wonderfully with the berry season. It consists of whipped cream, lime juice, natural yogurt, cane sugar and strawberries. Preparation:

  • Whip 150 ml whipped cream and chill
  • Squeeze a large lime and mix the juice well with a large mug of natural yoghurt and some brown cane sugar.
  • Wash and clean approx. 700 grams of strawberries and puree them finely with a hand blender.
  • Stir the strawberry puree into the yogurt and then fold in the whipped cream. Put the ice cream mixture in the ice cream maker for about 50 minutes.

Matcha ice cream

Not only does it look extraordinary, this ice cream is also very tasty and incredibly healthy. Green matcha tea is already a trend in Europe and is now a popular ingredient for desserts and for making ice cream.To prepare cool green Matcha ice cream you need the following ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons of matcha, depending on the taste intensity, you can also take a little less or more, but not more than 4 spoons
  • 50ml warm water
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 80 grams of sugar + vanilla
  • 200 ml whipped cream

Mix everything together well and put it in the ice cream maker!
