National Vanilla Milkshake Day – Vanilla Milkshake Recipe
- 500 ml cold milk
- 300 g Bourbon – vanilla ice cream
- 200 g cream
- 2 tbsp Chocolate shavings
- Pour milk with vanilla ice cream into a blender. If you don’t have a stand mixer, you can alternatively fill the ingredients into a large bowl and use the hand blender. Mix ingredients for 2 minutes on the highest setting until foamy
- Distribute the milkshake between the 4 glasses (200 ml each) . Whip the cream until stiff and fill it in a piping bag with a star nozzle. Dress the tuffs on the milkshakes. Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve straight away.
